[$150/2 hours] Coordinating the Ceremony Program

* On-site Coordination and Supervision at the Ceremony

 For example: 

-Corsages and flowers are given to the entourage

- Decorations are in the correct place

-Wedding party walks down the aisle at the right time

-The music plays at the correct moment

-Provide partial decorating and set-up

*We will coordinate your program as you wish (certain exceptions apply)

-DJ/Band plays your songs on cue

 -Guests are present for the important moments such as first dance, bouquet/garter toss, cutting of the cake

- Bestman and Maid of honor are present for the speeches

- Follow up telephone calls to contracted vendors that are not at the wedding site at scheduled hours on the  wedding day.

-Provide partial decorating and set-up
